General warranty
You’ll receive at least a 2-year on manufacturing defects on all products. Your product shouldn’t break during the first 2 years with normal use.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Newsletter Sign Up
If you sign up to our newsletter during the checkout process, we will use your full name and email address to send you emails. These emails may contain special offers, new product information and other content related to our website that you may be interested in. We will never send you emails unrelated to the content of our website, and we will never pass your details on to anybody else without your permission. If at any point you would not like to receive these emails anymore, just click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email, or get in touch with us via our contact form.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
If you fill in a contact form on our website, we may collect your name and email address. If you fill in our trade enquiry form, we may collect your name, company name, VAT number, email address, website and phone number. We may keep this information for up to 90 days for customer service purposes, but will never use it for marketing purposes without your permission.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We constantly monitor log in attempts and changes being made to our website to help reduce data breaches.
THQ EU take data breaches very seriously and will report data breaches to the relevant authorities within 72 hours where feasible. If we think a breach may be at high risk of adversely affecting individuals’ rights and freedoms, we will inform those individuals without undue delay. We also keep records of all data breaches.

Couriers (Shipping Label Generation)
We share your name, address, email address and phone number with our couriers when generating shipping labels (Parcelforce: Privacy Policy and UK Mail: Privacy Policy) to ensure they can deliver your parcel successfully, and give you the best customer service. Your telephone number and email address may be used to give you information regarding the progress of your delivery.
We use Picqer to process orders.
When orders are placed on our website, your details are shared with Picqer. This is so that your order can be processed efficiently and with as little opportunity for human error as possible.
